Character Compass is a values-based orientation process that helps you see what matters clearly, understand it in relation, and develop the inner structure to live with purpose and coherence when something doesn’t feel right.
You may sense you are out of sync with yourself.
You might look fine on the outside and still feel misaligned on the inside.
You keep going, even when your inner world feels anything but steady.
You show up for everyone, but you’re not always showing up for yourself.
Giving without grounding can pull you away from yourself.
And somewhere underneath, you may feel a tension that never fully releases.
A sense that something true is asking for your attention, even if it does not yet have words.
Many thoughtful people who lead, create, help, or hold responsibility eventually reach a moment like this:
"I know there is more in me than the life I'm living."
This does not mean something is wrong with you.
It may mean something true in you is ready to be seen.
Character Compass meets you there.
When you see what truly guides you, the tension begins to settle.
Decisions that once felt heavy become simpler. Not because life gets easier, but because you are no longer negotiating with yourself in the same way.
You stop trying to manage everything from your head, and you begin responding from something steadier underneath.
Energy returns where there was friction.
Clarity replaces second-guessing.
And the quiet question “Is this really me?” softens into trust.
You don’t become someone new.
You become more coherent with who you already are.
Your inner world and your outer life begin to move in relationship with one another.
Values Orientation is the place to begin.
It is a live guided experience designed to help you uncover the values that quietly shape your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through life.
Together, we slow things down enough for what truly matters to emerge.
You leave with language that feels true to you, a clearer sense of inner direction, and a personalized Orientation Summary to support integration into daily life.

It is not a personality test, an assessment, or a system that tells you who you are.
It does not place you into a fixed label or ask you to become someone new.
Instead, it creates a space to enter into what matters, give it language, and begin seeing it in relation.
Through reflection, conversation, colour, and embodied awareness, your values become less abstract and more lived.
Nothing is imposed.
You remain the authority on your own experience.
For some, Values Orientation stands on its own.
For others, it opens into ongoing support through Compass Circle or Compass Path, where what becomes clear can be practiced, supported, and integrated over time.
For those who work with me in person, bodywork and functional mobility can also support this integration by helping the body and life move in the same direction.

Founder of Character Compass™
Character Compass began as a personal search for integrity and direction.
Today, it’s how I help others reconnect with what truly matters and live it in their daily lives.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You only need a place to begin honestly.
Every life is shaped by values, whether we name them or not.
The question is whether we learn to live them.
If something in you recognizes this, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
When you create your Compass, you also contribute to the Map of What Matters, a living map shaped by what people hold most deeply.
A place to return to what matters.
