Ways to Work Together

Grounded, values-based work for people ready to live with greater honesty and coherence.

Character Compass begins with Values Orientation.

From there, the work follows what helps you live what becomes clear. It deepens through Compass Path, continues through Compass Circle, or is supported through the body.

This is not surface-level work.

And it’s not something you have to brace yourself for.

It's slow enough to feel safe, and deep enough to matter.

We work with your values, your body, and the reality of your life, so what becomes clear inwardly can begin to take shape outwardly.

The goal is not to fix you.

It’s to help you live what has always been true, with greater trust and coherence.

Values Orientation

Where Character Compass begins

Values Orientation is the foundation of the Character Compass process.

It is a live guided experience designed to help you uncover the values that quietly shape your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through life.

Together, we create enough space for what truly matters to emerge.

You leave with language that feels true to you, a clearer sense of inner direction, and a personalized Orientation Summary to support integration into daily life.

What you uncover here becomes the reference point for the work that follows.

This may be right for you if:

  • You want to understand what truly matters to you beyond roles and expectations

  • You feel a pull to live with more integrity but aren’t sure where to begin

  • You’re ready for insight that includes your body, not just your thoughts

Values Orientation is offered online in live group sessions, and may also be available by request for one-to-one, private group, team, or organizational experiences.

The Compass Path

Ongoing support for living what you've named

The Compass Path is the deeper integration work of Character Compass.

This is where your Compass becomes something you practice, not only something you understand.

Together, we work with your real decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and the tensions that arise when life asks something of you.

This work unfolds in real life, not outside of it.

We move at the pace of your nervous system, listening for what feels true beneath what only makes sense on the surface.

The Compass Path supports personal decisions, creative direction, relationships, leadership, life transitions, and the deeper question of how to live in greater alignment with what you know is true.

It takes place one-to-one or within a small group container, depending on the depth of reflection and support you are seeking.

For leaders, teams, organizations, and communities, this work can also support how values are practiced in decisions, culture, responsibility, and relationship.

This may be right for you if:

  • you've completed Values Orientation and want support integrating what emerged

  • you're navigating decisions, change, responsibility, or leadership and want to move from inner direction

  • you want focused support and accountability that honours your values, your nervous system and your real life

All Compass Path work begins with Values Orientation.

The Compass Circle

A place to return to what matters

Living from your values is not something you complete once.
It's something you return to again and again as life changes.

The Compass Circle is a gathering space for reflection, integration, and shared practice. It offers community and gentle accountability as you stay connected to what matters over time.

Each gathering creates room to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the values you named through Values Orientation.

The values you’ve named continue to shape the work here. The Circle offers a place where those values can be seen, reflected, and lived alongside others who are practicing the same work.

The Circle is less about working through decisions directly and more about noticing what is true and staying in relationship it.

Rather than progressing through material, the Circle helps you stay connected to your values as your life evolves. It offers a rhythm of return — a place to pause, reflect, and realign alongside others practicing the same work.

This may be right for you if:

  • you've completed Values Orientation and want a steady place to stay connected with what emerged

  • life keeps moving, and you want support returning to what matters

  • you want to practice living from your values alongside others doing the same

The Circle can stand on its own after Values Orientation, and it can also support people who have moved through Compass Path and want a steady place to continue practicing the work.

Bodywork &
Functional Mobility

Body-based support for movement, tension, and integration

Bodywork and Functional Mobility is the body-based side of this work.

It is not the main pathway into Character Compass, but it can offer meaningful support when your body is asking for attention.

You may arrive through pain, restriction, or tension.

You may sense your body is holding more than physical strain.

These sessions support you in reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe, attentive, and responsive.

We work with fascia-informed bodywork, functional movement, breath, and awareness to release tension, restore mobility, and support your nervous system.

Hands-on bodywork and assisted fascia release are offered in person.

Functional movement and mobility support can take place in person or online.

We do not force change or "correct" your body.
We listen closely, respond with care, and create the conditions for your body to reorganize in its own time.

For those who wish, this work can also support integration after Values Orientation, helping your body and your values move in the same direction.

This may be right for you if:

  • you are navigating pain, tension, or restriction and want a thoughtful, integrative approach

  • you have tried other approaches and are looking for something that listens more deeply

  • you want body-based support that respects your nervous system and your lived experience

Because this work is responsive, the best place to begin is with a conversation.

| Begin where you are

Every life is shaped by values, whether we name them or not.

The question is whether we learn to live them.

There is a difference between getting through life

and feeling alive in it.

If something in you recognizes this,

you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You begin with what is true now, and the work grows with you from there.

When you create your Compass, you also contribute to the Map of What Matters — a living map that grows with what people hold most deeply across the world. As more people participate, shared patterns begin to emerge, revealing how our values connect and relate.
