Values Orientation

A live guided process to see what truly matters
and live in relation to it.

Values Orientation helps you name what matters most,
understand what it means to you personally,
and see how those values shape your decisions and daily life.

Nothing is imposed.
You remain the authority on your own experience.

Values Orientation is the place to begin

It is a guided experience designed to help you uncover the values that quietly shape your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through life.

Many people arrive knowing something is true for them, but unsure how to trust or live it.

Together, we slow things down enough for what truly matters to emerge.

Not through pressure or overthinking, but through reflection, conversation, colour, and embodied awareness.

You leave with language that feels true to you, and a clearer sense of inner direction you can trust.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting with what has already been there.

Why people come

Sometimes something feels off.
Other times, things are going well,
but there is a sense that more alignment is possible.

You may be navigating a decision, a transition,
or a season where something is asking for your attention.

Not because you need more information,
but because something true hasn’t been fully seen.

Often, it’s not a lack of clarity, but hesitation in living what you already know is true.

This is where you meet that.

What this is

Values Orientation gives structure to something many people sense but have not fully named.

It creates a guided space to notice what matters, give it language, and begin seeing how it lives in your experience.

Character Compass does not place you into a label or tell you who you are.

What emerges comes through your own attention, your own language, and your own relationship with what matters.

Through the process, your values become less abstract and more lived.

| What becomes possible

This is not about creating a perfect list of values.

Clarity doesn’t come from thinking more.
It comes from seeing what’s already there.

Not as ideas, but as something lived.

Many describe the experience as revealing, thought-provoking, and unexpectedly fun.

When what matters becomes clear,
how you live begins to shift.

People often leave feeling more:

  • clear

  • grounded

  • reconnected

  • able to name what's been true for them for a long time

| How the process unfolds

The Character Compass process unfolds through four connected phases.

Each phase builds on the one before it, while allowing your experience to emerge naturally.

| What comes next

For some, Values Orientation stands on its own.

For others, it opens a deeper path.

The work can continue through Compass Circle or Compass Path, where what becomes clear can be practiced, supported, and integrated over time.

Let what becomes clear guide what comes next.

| Begin where you are

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You only need a place to begin honestly.

Every life is shaped by values, whether we name them or not.
The question is whether we learn to live them.

If something in you recognizes this, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

When you create your Compass, you also contribute to the Map of What Matters, a living map shaped by what people hold most deeply.
