This work is offered through:
• live Values Orientation sessions (group or one-to-one)
• ongoing Heart-Led Coaching for deeper integration over time
• in-person bodywork and functional mobility sessions for those who begin through the body or want embodied support alongside values work

You can begin in a few different ways, depending on where you are and what feels most supportive.
Most people start with a Values Orientation session, which introduces the core Character Compass process and helps you clarify what truly matters.
Others begin through a conversation, ongoing Heart-Led Coaching, or in-person bodywork and functional mobility, especially if they are arriving through pain, tension, or a desire for embodied support.
