Values Workshop

A Character Compass™ guided experience

The Values Workshop is where most people begin.

It’s a guided experience designed to help you uncover the values that quietly shape your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through life.

Many people arrive knowing something is true for them, but unsure how to trust or live it.

Together, we slow things down enough for what truly matters to emerge.

Not through pressure or overthinking, but through reflection, conversation, colour, and embodied awareness.

You’ll leave with language that feels true to you, and a clearer sense of inner direction you can actually trust.

| What This Is

This workshop is a values-based, live guided process for people who want clarity that reaches beyond the mind and into real life.

It helps you name what matters most, understand what it means to you personally, and begin seeing how those values show up in your body, your decisions, and your day to day.

Character Compass does not place you into a label or tell you who you are.

Nothing is imposed.

You remain the authority on your own experience, and the process helps you listen more clearly to what is already true within you.

| Why People Come Here

Most people don’t arrive because they need more information.

They arrive because something feels out of alignment.

Life may look fine from the outside, but inside there’s friction.

You might be navigating a decision, a transition, or a season where you can feel something asking for your attention, but you can’t quite name it.

Sometimes it shows up as overthinking.

Sometimes as disconnection.

Sometimes as doing the “right” things while quietly feeling off course.

Often, the tension isn’t a lack of clarity.

It’s knowing what’s true, while continuing to hesitate, adapt, or hold back in order to stay safe, responsible, or needed.

This is the work that helps you get honest about what truly matters, and gives you a grounded way to move forward from there.

This is for you if:

• You want to understand what truly matters to you beyond roles, expectations, or conditioning

• You feel pulled toward change, but want to move from inner direction instead of urgency

• You know what matters to you, but want support trusting and living it fully

• You’re tired of surface-level growth work and want something real, human, and non-judgmental

• You want insight that includes your body, not just your thoughts

| What Becomes Possible

This is not about creating a perfect list of values.

It’s about revealing what is already shaping your life, and giving it language you can actually live with.

People often leave feeling more:

  • clear

  • reconnected

  • grounded

  • open

  • whole

  • aware of what needs attention

  • able to name what's been true for a long time

Many describe the experience as revealing, thought-provoking, and unexpectedly fun.

A few reflections people have shared after the workshop:

  • “I felt safe exploring things I usually avoid.”

  • “Nothing was forced. What came up felt honest.”

  • “It connected dots I didn’t know were related.”

  • “It helped me slow down enough to hear myself.”

  • “I didn’t need any prior experience with values work for this to land deeply.”

For some, the biggest takeaway is narrowing down what matters most and seeing where it needs to be lived more fully.

| How the Process Unfolds

The Character Compass process unfolds through four connected phases, designed to build on one another while allowing each person’s experience to emerge naturally.

Together, these phases begin to reveal the deeper structure of your being and how your values take shape in lived experience.

Identify

Uncover the core values that shape who you are.

You begin by uncovering the values that matter most to you.

This phase helps you notice what shapes your beliefs, guides your decisions, and quietly influences how you move through life.

By identifying your core values, you create a foundation for living in alignment with what truly matters to you.

Characterize

Bring meaning and life to what matters.

In this phase, what you’ve identified begins to take clearer shape.

Through reflection, language, and guided exploration, your values are articulated in ways that feel specific, lived, and personal rather than abstract or inherited.

As meaning deepens, you begin to see why these values matter to you and how they quietly influence your life and sense of self. What matters starts to feel tangible, alive, and unmistakably yours, setting the stage for the next phase of the journey.

Calibrate

Notice how your values organize and inform your lived experience.

Calibrate is where patterns begin to reveal themselves.

Through guided placement, your values naturally begin to relate to one another in meaningful ways.

Rather than forcing conclusions, this phase lets insight emerge through the process itself.

Integrate

Bring what emerged into daily life.

Integration is where insight meets lived reality.

After the workshop, you receive a personalized integration that reflects what emerged through the earlier phases. This supports you in exploring how your values want to be lived — in your decisions, relationships, and daily rhythms.

Rather than prescribing a single way forward, this integration offers clear orientation and guidance you can return to as life unfolds.

This is where Character Compass becomes something you live, not just something you understand.

| What You Recieve

When you complete the Values Workshop, you leave with clarity you can return to.

You receive:

  • A live guided workshop experience

  • Your core values identified and refined into language that feels true to you

  • A colour-based expression of your values, so what matters is not only named, but felt

  • Your calibrated Compass layout from the workshop process

  • A personalized integration that reflects what emerged and supports you in bringing your values into everyday life

This integration becomes a reference point you can return to as decisions arise and life shifts.

| Safety, Pace, and Stillness

This work is designed to support real clarity, not performative insight.

Nothing here is rushed.

Nothing is forced.

We move at a pace that supports your nervous system staying open, not bracing.

You are never pressured to share beyond what feels right.

You can participate actively, or quietly, or somewhere in between.

The intention is simple: to create the conditions where what matters can be seen clearly, without urgency, without judgment, and without needing to become someone else first.

| How the Workshop is Offered

The Values Workshop is a live guided experience.

It is primarily offered as an online group workshop, allowing people from anywhere to enter the work together in a shared, grounded container.

For those who prefer a more personal setting, the workshop is also available in:

  • private one-to-one sessions (limited spots)

  • private small group experiences

Private team and organizational workshops are available by request.

Each format offers the same core process, with the pacing and depth shaped to support clarity, embodiment, and real change.

| What Comes Next

For some people, the Values Workshop creates a meaningful shift and feels complete.

Others leave with clarity and realize they want support living what they uncovered.

If and when you want that support, there are clear pathways forward:

  • ongoing group work (for continued integration and practice)

  • one-to-one Heart-Led Coaching, sometimes called Compass Coaching (premium and limited spots)

There is no pressure to continue.

There is simply a path if you want one.

| Begin Your Journey

Every life is shaped by values, whether we name them or not.

If you feel a quiet pull to come back to yourself and live with greater trust in your inner direction, this is a grounded place to begin.

When you create your Compass, you also contribute to the Map of What Matters, a living map shaped by the values people hold most deeply.
